Lucas is a leader in the mental health and addiction recovery space, helping treatment centres strengthen quality of care, expand accessibility, and grow through modern outreach and digital strategy. With over 14 years of experience across inpatient treatment, sober living, nonprofit leadership, and international settings, he brings a strong blend of clinical insight and operational expertise.

He has supported organizations including Edgewood Health Network (EHN), Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres (CATC), and Cornerstone to Recovery. His experience spans admissions, clinical programming, staff development, aftercare planning, and program growth, including launching and stabilizing residential and sober living environments.

What sets Lucas apart is his lived experience in recovery. He understands what builds trust, creates safety, and drives real change, allowing him to balance evidence-based practice with compassion and realism.

At CFHH, Lucas focuses on building inclusive, trauma-informed programs where clients, families, and staff can thrive, while maintaining the integrity of care.

Fun fact: Outside of work, Lucas enjoys storytelling and strategy, from tabletop games to classic fantasy, and believes great leadership comes down to purpose, preparation, and a well-balanced team.
