A partnership built around your recovery
Recovery does not end when residential treatment is completed. Many individuals benefit from ongoing therapeutic support, psychological assessment, and continued skill development as they transition back into everyday life.
Through our partnership with the Canadian Centre for CBT, clients can access a broader network of mental health services designed to support long-term wellness and continued personal growth.
This collaborative approach helps reduce gaps in care and creates a smoother transition between treatment settings.
How the partnership works
Assessment, treatment planning & outpatient services
Clients may begin their journey with either CFHH or CCCBT through comprehensive assessments, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or outpatient mental health support. Together, our teams provide evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. Not sure where to begin? Contact either organization today to discuss your needs and determine the most appropriate starting point for your recovery journey.
Residential treatment when greater support is needed
When a higher level of care is appropriate, clients can transition into CFHH’s residential treatment program. Located on a private 110-acre property in Vaughan, Ontario, CFHH provides individualized treatment plans, psychiatric support, medical care, nursing services, trauma-informed therapy, addiction treatment, and holistic wellness programming within a structured therapeutic environment.
Continued recovery & long-term support
Following residential treatment, clients receive CFHH’s aftercare program, including ongoing family support for all graduating clients. Where appropriate, they may also continue working with CCCBT clinicians through outpatient therapy and ongoing mental health support, helping maintain progress and supporting a successful transition back to daily life.
