At CFHH we firmly believe that stress and mental health are not simply an issue for the individual experiencing mental health, stress and addiction issues, but the family as well. As a family member you are also one of the client’s number one supports.
Our family program is offered every Saturday for family members to get involved with their loved one’s recovery by having an opportunity to learn in a group setting how the recovery process works
Our family program also allows families to questions that allow you to understand more about what your loved one is experiencing and how to better support them.
