I was born in Toronto and grew up in Scarborough.

I have lived in Oak Ridges with my son and dogs for the past 12 years.

I took International Business in school and as a result, the first 10 years of my career were spent working in Automotive finance. I then opened my own consulting business and was quickly hired as the Chief Operating Officer at Casa Loma. I spent 5 years at Casa Loma hosting amazing events and programming.

I have one son who is now 20 and 4 dogs. I lead a very active lifestyle, in my spare time you will find me in my kitchen doing food prep, I eat a very healthy diet and am a vegetarian. Or out on the trails with my dogs. When an opportunity to work in mental health and addiction presented itself. I jumped at the opportunity to use my knowledge in this space to help others.
