Chris has a Postgraduate Degree in theย Neurosciences. His skill liesย in assessing and empoweringย clientsย from a biological and psychological perspective.
He enjoys working at the centre as it provides a holistic natural environment that promotes the development of individual consciousness as a crucial step in recovery and growth.
The centre utilizes psychoeducation, group processes and individual counselling to assist clients in developing insight and motivation to overcome their challenges.
Chris has specialized training in trauma, addictions, personality dynamics, positive psychology, EMDR, mindfulness and somatic techniques. His work involves helping clientsโ become free from the pain of their shame-based neural networks (a major driver for addictive behaviours) so they can develop healthy life skills and more productive interactions with their supports.
