Angie has 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Presently, as a yoga teacher, including past positions as a fitness trainer and a diet and wellness coach with a reputable nutrition program. Angie’s speciality is teaching students movement that improves strength and flexibility in body, mind, and spirit. Her techniques aid in body awareness, acceptance and overall sense of well-being. Her primary teaching styles include Hatha yoga, with a focus on slow, breath-driven movement and meditation, as well as Ayurvedic (holistic, yogic) nutrition.
Angie has studied with many highly qualified teachers, including yoga philosopher and Sanskrit experts from India. She continues learning through her personal practice with other yoga mentorship programs. Believing in giving back, she has volunteered at community school libraries, food banks and cancer charities.
