Maaria is a Mental Health Counsellor at CFHH, where she works closely with clients through group therapy sessions, individual check-ins, and therapeutic activities. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged in their healing journey.

Pursuing a BASc in Psychology, Maaria applies her knowledge of mental health and counselling to provide compassionate, client-centered care. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges, supporting their recovery, and fostering personal growth. Through her work, she empowers clients to develop resilience, build confidence, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
