Lucas is a dynamic leader in the mental health and addiction recovery space, known for helping treatment centres enhance their quality of care, expand accessibility, and become easier to find through modern outreach and digital strategy. With over a decade of experience across clinical, nonprofit, and international settings, he has led initiatives to help open multiple treatment centres and sober living facilities, design campus-wide supports at George Brown College, and contribute to global youth and women’s mental health campaigns — including work with the United Nations.

At CFHH, Lucas combines clinical insight with entrepreneurial vision to create programs that are inclusive, transformative, and rooted in real-world experience.

“There was a time in my life when I truly needed help, and I came to a program just like this one. Now, I have the opportunity to help provide others with the same life-changing experience that was given to me.”

Fun fact: Outside of work, Lucas is passionate about storytelling and strategy — whether through tabletop games or classic fantasy sagas, he finds that great leadership often mirrors the same principles: purpose, preparation, and a well-balanced team.
