Addiction & Mental Health Counsellor

Kelly is a Certified Addictions Counsellor (CAC II) at CFHH, with over four years of frontline experience supporting individuals on their recovery journeys. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) and a Certificate in Sexuality Studies from York University, and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

Drawing from both her professional background and lived experience, Kelly is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes that healing begins within relationships built on trust and respect, and that every person holds the capacity for resilience, growth, and meaningful change.

Fun fact: Kelly has practiced yoga with goats — and yes, they really do climb on you!
