Javier is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in emergency departments and long-term care. Over the years, he has developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, fast-paced patient care. His role at CFHH draws on his ability to make quick decisions, perform thorough assessments, and remain calm under pressure while caring for clients with diverse and complex needs.

Fun fact: Outside of nursing, Javier is a creative soul — he writes and creates music. This artistic outlet helps him bring empathy, energy, and a unique perspective into his nursing practice while keeping him balanced and inspired.
