Holly is a seasoned business leader with a deep personal commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges.

Growing up in Scarborough, Holly experienced the realities of addiction and mental health struggles firsthand — experiences that would later shape her life’s work and purpose. She began her professional journey at Honda Finance before venturing into entrepreneurship and holding several C-suite positions across diverse industries.

As Chief Operating Officer of Casa Loma for five years, Holly honed her skills in organizational leadership, operations, and strategic development. Following that chapter, she turned her focus toward the field of addiction and mental health, where she combines her extensive business experience with her personal understanding of recovery and resilience.

Holly brings a unique perspective to her work — one that balances empathy with strong leadership, and lived experience with professional expertise.
