As the Chief Operations Officer of Centres for Health and Healing Canada, Tina Ruysseveldt oversees operations, program development, and the expansion of new facilities in Alberta.

With over 25 years of international healthcare experience in Canada, the USA, and Costa Rica, she has held leadership roles and worked extensively as a Registered Nurse in both the public and private sectors. She has held leadership roles and worked extensively as a Registered Nurse.

Tina’s expertise includes Critical Care medicine, detox units, and addiction recovery, bringing a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of treatment. Before stepping into the addiction recovery ecosystem, she studied the holistic aspects of well-being, shaping her integrated approach to care.

As a leader, Tina is committed to ensuring that relapse prevention and aftercare remain at the forefront of clinical operations. Her firsthand experience with recovery, spanning over 13 years, fuels her passion for creating environments rooted in safety, trust, and meaningful healing.
